Student Admissions Representative (full-time) starting ASAP!
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, experience with QuickBooks (or other accounting software), speaks Spanish, types fast, is computer savvy, and has great people skills. Customer service experience, patient and friendly attitude a must. Experience in an international setting, working/studying abroad, or a diverse work environment preferred.
Job responsibilities include:
•answer new student inquiries via phone, email and in person
•process new student applications
•administer and score placement tests
•prepare requested documents, letters, student IDs, etc.
•take student payments, recording transactions in QuickBooks
•check attendance and prepare enrollment reports
•make daily bank and credit card deposits
•order supplies and textbooks
•prepare weekly schedule
•scheduling substitute teachers
•printing, copying, filing
•assist the school’s director and management with any other tasks
Hours are firm: Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, occasional overtime or shift of hours to fill in for evening or Saturday co-worker.
