Information and Schedule

We have 2 Semi-Intensive English Programs to choose from: 18 hours per week or 10 hours per week. Our Semi-Intensive English Program classes cover all of the basic language skill areas: speaking, listening comprehension, reading, and grammar. In addition, we include conversation, vocabulary development, American idioms, American culture, and pronunciation. Our methodology is practice-based. We offer five levels, from beginner to advanced. Each level in the morning is 16 weeks in length and students may enroll for 10 or 18 hours per week. There are four 4-week sessions for each level. Morning sessions begin every four weeks.

Tuition & Fees

Application Fee: $75

18-Hour Program: $576 every 4 weeks or weekly payments of $180
Textbooks: $117-162 (varies by level)
Number of Levels: 5 (beginner to advanced)
Hours: Monday-Thursday from 9 am to 1 pm & Friday from 9 am to 11 am

10-Hour Program: $320 every 4 weeks or weekly payments of $100
Textbooks: $117-162 (varies by level)
Number of Levels: 5 (beginner to advanced)
Hours: Monday-Friday from 9 am to 11 am or 11 am to 1 pm.

Registration

All new students can apply either online at our Registration page, via our paper application or in person at the school. The minimum age is 14.

Placement Test

All new students are required to take a placement test and provide a writing sample to document literacy and to determine an individual’s proficiency level.

Semi-Intensive English Program Completion Requirements

Successful completion requires a cumulative attendance rate of 80% and a grade of 75% or higher on quizzes.
